The portal as an installable app (PWA) on computers and phones: icon, own window, shortcuts to harnesses, parts and rejections, a “No connection” page when offline.
Reading a harness drawing from PDF: the BOM table and the wire list (with or without lines, rotated, with the header below the table) go to the paste field for checking; wire lengths summed by type and cross-section, drawing number and index from the title block. The file is not stored.
Invitation by e-mail when creating an account: a link to set one's own password, valid for 3 days, and an “Invite again” button for accounts not used yet.

Step-by-step IMDS entry with values to copy, a register of submissions and rejections with a catalogue of reasons, MDS requests to suppliers (in Polish and English) with deadlines, a to-do dashboard, a PDF card for the PPAP folder and an XLSX export.
Accounts with roles (administrator, user, read-only), change and login history, password reset by e-mail, English version of the whole portal.
